On Saturday, August 17, 2024, Dibit Measuring Technique was awarded 2nd place in the Euregio Innovation Prize 2024 at the European Forum Alpbach.
This time, the focus was on artificial intelligence and its application in the Euregio (Tyrol, South Tyrol and Trentino). In total, there were 44 submissions for the Euregio Young Talent Award and 25 submissions for the Euregio Innovation Award.
We entered the AI-focused competition with the topic “Modern tunnel monitoring using multi-modal AI approaches”. As one of a total of six nominated companies from Tyrol, South Tyrol and Trentino, we were able to score points with our innovative AI approaches for detecting damage in tunnel structures.
