At Dibit, our apprentices are our focus, because they are the skilled workers of tomorrow. For us, continuing education means more than just imparting knowledge: we promote professional and personal development, initiative, and team spirit.

With practical training, innovative workshops, and targeted mentoring, we give our young talents the tools they need to reach their full potential. At the same time, we create an environment where learning is fun and sustainable careers can flourish.

One example of this is a current test setup in our garden: Here, our apprentices have the opportunity to learn how to use a tachymeter in practice. Different prisms are used to sharpen measurement accuracy and understanding of various applications. Through such practical exercises, we combine theoretical knowledge with applicable skills and provide a direct link to real-world projects.
